While you often WON’T get a lot of insightful and detailed information back on this type of query, you usually WILL get back enough info to figure out if they’ve been harassing other people, and often….someone has DONE the heavy lifting for you and dug up their information, and posted it for all. (I’ve done this on several occasions…and it’s free!)
